How much is rent?
Rent is $600/month, and is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $35 will be applied after the 5th of the month. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee as well.
Do you require first and last month's rent?
We don’t require last month’s rent, but we do have a $350 deposit due along with your first month’s rent. We also require a 30 day notice if you decide to leave.
Do you allow pets?
No, I’m sorry, we don’t allow any pets on the premises.
Does Timber Oaks pay for utilities?
Our units are all electric. The tenant pays for electricity and water, and we pay for trash pickup only.
How many square feet are the apartments?
Each unit is approximately 800 sq ft.
What appliances are included?
We provide all major kitchen appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. We do not provide a washer and dryer, but each apartment includes a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups.
Do you allow smoking in the apartments?
All units are non-smoking. We do allow smoking outside on the back patio of each unit.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes! We use Square Cash to accept rent via debit card. Our ID is $timberoaks and you can download the app or go online at https://cash.me/$timberoaks to make a payment.
